| Q: What is our Exchange or Return Policies? A: We will always cheerfully refund the purchase of any product with which you are not 100% satisfied with, except treats. *Gift Baskets / Toys / Jewelry – If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the item(s)* within 15 days of delivery in its original condition. We cannot accept returns more than 15 days after purchase. We will gladly exchange the item(s)* within 15 days of delivery in its original condition. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE Gourmet Dog Treats & Dog Biscuits – If the gourmet dog treats you and your pet(s) received were spoiled, we will gladly send you another batch of gourmet dog treats at no cost to you. We simply ask that you inform us immediately upon receipt of the dog treats by sending us an e-mail at info4barkavenuepet@yahoo.com or by calling us at (714) 875-9833. Return Instructions Please include a note (preferably on the packing slip), with Return or Exchange written on it. If you would like to exchange the item(s), please let us know what you would like to exchange the merchandise for. Ship the item(s) and note on the return address listed on the packing slip. For your protection, we suggest you send your return via United States Postal Service (USPS) with delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. |
